Refund policy

The audit itself is free and there’s nothing to refund, no payment is taken to receive it.

The project fee is refundable in exactly one case: the 3x revenue guarantee. If your rebuilt flows haven’t generated at least 3x your project fee in attributed revenue within 90 days of launch, the full fee is refunded: no partial credit, no store credit, the money back.

Outside that guarantee, the fee isn’t refundable once work has started, because it covers time and work already delivered into your Klaviyo account, not a physical good you can return.

If you change your mind after paying but before any work has begun on your account, email tudor@tmrw.ro as soon as possible. We’ll refund the fee in full, provided no work has started yet.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, initiated within 5 business days of a claim being confirmed under the guarantee’s terms. Bank and card processing times after that are outside our control.
