tmrw builds Klaviyo email automation (“flows”) for Shopify stores: a done-for-you build, live in your own Klaviyo account, for a one-time fee, not a retainer or subscription. The exact scope, flows included, timeline, and fee for your store are confirmed after the free audit, in writing, before any paid work begins. Nothing on this site is a binding quote until then.

Submitting the form at /apply asks us to review your store and send you a video walking through where your flows are leaking revenue. It doesn’t create a contract for paid work, doesn’t require giving us access to your Klaviyo account, and doesn’t obligate you to anything. We aim to deliver it within 24–48 hours of your request.

If you go ahead, we’ll need access to your Klaviyo account (and, where relevant, your Shopify admin) to build and launch the flows. You keep ownership and admin control of both accounts throughout: we never take that over, and you can revoke our access at any time. The flows we build live in your account, not ours; you own them once delivered.

The one-time fee is payable as agreed in your specific engagement (typically upfront or in the split confirmed with your quote). Delivery timelines quoted on this site (7–10 days) are typical, not guaranteed for every store; your actual timeline is confirmed with your quote.

Engagements are covered by the 3x revenue guarantee described in full at /guarantee and summarized in our Refund policy. That page is the authoritative version of the guarantee’s terms; anything on the main marketing pages is a summary of it.

The results we can generate depend on your store continuing to send it traffic and grow its list roughly as it was before the engagement, and on the store, revenue, and pain-point information you give us being accurate. We’re not responsible for shortfalls caused by inaccurate information, a paused marketing budget, or changes to your store, theme, or Klaviyo account made by you or a third party after launch.

We deliver the service with reasonable skill and care, but we don’t guarantee any specific revenue outcome outside what’s explicitly covered by the 3x revenue guarantee. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an engagement is capped at the fee you paid for it.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute we can’t resolve directly falls under the jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.
